Thank you for choosing Get Pedal Ready! We’re excited to help you (or your little ones) learn to cycle. Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your session:

 

Booking Requirements:

• All bookings must be made online through our official website or by contacting us directly.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Equipment Policy:

• All riders must bring their own bike and helmet to every session.

• Helmets are mandatory for all riders — no helmet, no ride.

• Gloves and additional protective gear are optional but recommended.

• Get Pedal Ready! does not provide bikes, helmets, or any personal protective equipment.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule your session (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Weather Policy:

• In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, etc.), we will contact you to reschedule your session.

• If we cancel due to weather, you will have the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

Safety:

• Riders must follow all instructions provided by our coaches for their own safety.

• A parent or guardian must remain on-site for any riders under 16 years old.

 

Arrival:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for bike and helmet checks.

• Late arrivals may miss their session and will not be refunded.
